Group Coaching is an excellent option to help keep you motivated and inspired in your journey to a healthier you. You will be placed in a group with similar health and nutrition goals that you have, to increase the sense of community. These integrative sessions are six weeks in length and will teach you how to modify your eating and lifestyle habits to supercharge your health and give you the tools, motivation, and information to help you enjoy healthy eating. Like with all Best You Nutrition programs, in between our weekly calls I am here to support you in any way that I can!
